PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly wash dishes or the like in a kitchen by boring a slit-like elliptic hole on a spray plate mounted on the lower part of the passage of a spout head. SOLUTION: A spout head 7 has a horizontally long passage in the inner part, and an opening is formed in the top end lower part of the passage. A disk-shaped spray plate 11 having a mixed water discharging elliptic hole 12 in the center is mounted by screwing a female screw part formed on the inside surface to the male screw part on the opening outside surface. When the lever of mixing valves for water combination faucet is operated in a prescribed direction in the use of the spout head 7, the mixed water is discharged to a vertically long wide range through the elliptic hole 12 bored in the spray plate 11 at the top of the spout head 7. Since the elliptic hole 12 is bored in the vertically long slit form, the mixed water can be widely discharged toward a sink with broad with a strong force. Accordingly, the whole surface of a vegetable or dish can be quickly washed.
