PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soil improving bucket capable of easily and uniformly improving soil at a site as well as applicable for ordinary drilling work. SOLUTION: This soil improving bucket which is mounted at the end of an arm for a construction machine to scoop sediment or others for improving the soil quality of sediment includes a drum 11 rotatably secured in the bucket in a positively/reversely switchable manner, a plurality of bits 12 arranged on the outer periphery of the drum 11, and a crushing plate 23 provided on the inner face of the bucket along the axial direction of the drum 11 and in the way of projecting in the bucket while keeping a certain distance between the projecting end and the end of each bit 12. The bits 12 may be mounted on the outer periphery of the drum 11 in a screwed shape or in a right-screwed or left-screwed shape in symmetry with a nearly central portion of the drum 11 in the axial direction at both sides in the axial direction. |
