PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain excellent scratch resistance and glossiness required for the surface of furniture or an interior material by forming a first coating film layer based on an ionizing radiation curable and thermal drying resin and a second coating film layer based on an ionizing radiation curable resin on the surface of a base material of furniture or an interior material. SOLUTION: A coating film layer 3 based on an ionizing radiation curable and thermosetting resin is formed on the surface layer 2 formed on a base material 1 such as paper or a plastic film by printing and a surface cured coating film comprising a coating film layer 4 based on an ionizing radiation curable resin is provided on the surface of the layer 3 as a topcoat layer to obtain a decorative sheet. As a coating soln. forming the coating film layer 3, an aq. emulsion type soln. wherein a resin based on a thermosetting resin having an ionizing radiation reactive double bond is dispersed in an aq. soln. is used. As a coating soln. forming the coating film layer 4, a coating soln. based on an oligomer having an ionizing radiation polymerizable unsaturated bond in its molecule is used.
