PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an industrial vehicle capable of reducing the force working upon a mud guard through a tilt cylinder and its mounting bracket while a mast is inclining forward and rearward. SOLUTION: At the top surface of a mud guard 29, a tilt cylinder bracket 33 is formed which consists of an outer supporting part 34 and an inner supporting part 35 in which holes 36, 37 rotatably-supporting a tilt cylinder are formed respectively. At the outer supporting part, a pedestal part 39 is formed, and to its top surface, the lower end of a front pillar 26 is jointed. Therefore, the force transmitted to the tilt cylinder bracket from the tilt cylinder is transmitted to the pillar as well as the mud guard. It is thus possible to reduce the force working upon the mud guard.
