PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a window regulator capable of stably and smoothly raising and lowering a window glass for an automobile. SOLUTION: A window regulator is constituted of a drive arm 2 for making nearly vertical swing, a lift arm 3 rising and falling by following the drive arm 2, a bearing section 4 of a window glass 1 rising and falling by following the lift arm 3, a guide rail 6 of a nearly straight track 21 in a side view curved along the glass 1 and parallel with the rising and falling direction of the glass 1 and a control rail 5 of a nearly circular arc track 20 in a side view. The lift arm 3 is connected to the drive arm 2 with a link shaft 13 swung and displaced together with the drive arm 2, a tilting shaft 14 displaced along the control rail 5 is connected to the lift arm 3, a rising and falling shaft 15 displaced along the guide rail 6 is connected to the longitudinal direction of the lift arm 3 in a displaceable manner, and the bearing section 4 is connected to the rising and falling shaft 15 while bearing the glass 1 on the bearing section 4. |
