PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a unit building in which a spacious living room or the like can be secured even in a narrow site. SOLUTION: At least three building units 13 are adjacently arranged along the long side of the building unit 13 and at least one building unit 13 is arranged along the short side of respective building units 13 to form a unit building 11. Water facilities 18 are concentratedly provided in the building units 13A, 13B of the central part 17 in the building units 13 arranged in the long side direction. Some of the water facilities 18 are bath 18A, wash room 18B, toilet 18c, and kitchen 18D for example. |
