摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suitably collect particulates by arranging a communication passage for communicating an exhaust port to the other exhaust port and an guide means for guiding at least part of exhaust gas passing through the exhaust ports to the communication passage side, on the exhaust upstream side of a particulate trap. SOLUTION: Respective exhaust port 3 for communicating an exhaust assembly 2 with respective air cylinders are arranged in parallel, and a particulate trap 4 is arranged on each port 3. A communication passage 6 for communicating each exhaust port 3 with its adjacent exhaust port 3 is placed on the exhaust upstream side of each trap 4, and they are provided with always opening switching valves 6a. In an exhaust process of an air cylinder positioned on the most right side, for example, before part of exhaust gas flows into the trap 4 a deflection plate 11, a guide means, deflects it to a connection position side of the communication passage 6, and sufficient amount of exhaust gas is flown into the communication passage 6. This eliminates high-speed flowing-in of the exhaust gas to the trap 4, and promotes accumulation and collection of particulates.</p>
