PURPOSE: A compound of formula 1 and pharmaceutically acceptable acid addition salt thereof are provided which is useful for treating mental disease, disorder of nerve system or disorder of physiological system. CONSTITUTION: In formula 1, R¬1 is C5-12 cyclo alkyl, decahydronaphthalene-1-yl, decahydronaphthalene-2-yl, indan-1-yl, indan-2-yl, decahydro-azylene-2-yl, bicyclo£6,2,0|dec-9-yl, acenaphtene-1-yl, bicyclo£3,3,1|non-9-yl, 2,3,-dihydro-1H-phenalene-1-yl, 2,3,3a,4,5,6-hexahydro-1H-phenalene-1-yl, octahydro-indene-2-yl, 1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-naphthalene-1-yl, 1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-naphthalene-2-yl, naphthalene-lower alkyl-2-yl or 5-isopropyl-2-methyl-bicyclo£3,1,0|hex-3-yl; R¬2 and R¬3 are H, hydroxy, lower alkyl, oxide or phenyl respectively; R¬4 is H, lower alkyl, -(CH2)nCH(OH)CF3, _(CH2)nC3-6-cycloalkyl, phenyl, benzyl, tetrahydrofurane-3-yl, -(CH2)nOC6H5, -(CH2)n mopolynyl, 3-methyl-occetane-3-yl-methyl, -(CH2)nCH2OH, -S(O2)heteroaryl, -C(O)heteroaryl, -S(O2)-phenyl, -S(O2)-N(lower alkyl)2, -C(O)-C3-6-cycloalkyl, -C(O)O-phenyl or -C(O)-O-lower alkyl; R¬5 is H, halogen, lower alkyl, trifluoromethyl or lower alkoxy; n is between 0 and 3.
