PURPOSE: The manufacturing process is provided, which prevents condensing in a low temperature, high cost and lower thermal insurance capacity. CONSTITUTION: The process for producing hydrocarbon-blown hard polyurethane foam is made by reacting an aromatic polyisocyanate with a polyol component with an average of at least three hydrogen atoms reactive to isocyanates, which containing 1) 30 to 80 wt.% of an aromatic amine-started polyether with a molecular weight of 300 to 800 based on 70 to 100 wt.% 1,2-propylene oxide and 0 to 30 wt.% ethylene oxide, 2) 10 to 40 wt.% of an essentially sucrose-started polyether with a molecular weight of 400 to 1000 based on 70to 100 wt.% 1,2-propylene oxide and 0 to 30 wt.% ethylene oxide, 3) 5 to 30 wt.% of a propylene glycol-started polyether with a molecular weight from 500 to 1500 based on 70 to 100 wt.% 1,2-propylene oxide and 0 to 30 wt.% ethylene oxide, 4) n and/or i-pentane as the blowing agent, 5) water, 6) possible auxiliaries and additives, where the percentage weights of components1), 2) and 3) amount to 100.
