BARRIER RIB FORMING METHOD OF PLASMA DISPLAY PANEL

PURPOSE: A barrier rib forming method of plasma display panel is provided to improve accuracy of the barrier rib by preventing incline of the bulkhead. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of: forming step among surface of product of a substrate by forming initial barrier rib on the substrate, inserting the product of the substrate in bottom of roll deposited a main barrier rib forming material, and forming a barrier rib having predetermined height on the initial barrier rib by rolling the roll. The initial barrier rib is formed twice or thrice repeatedly by screen printing method. The roll has mesh pattern of 0 or 45 degrees.
