PURPOSE: A non-uniformity memory access data processing system is provided to reduce communication waiting period by storing latent third node transaction to buffer. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises interconnecting network, first, second and third processing nodes connected to the interconnecting network, wherein the first, second and third processing nodes including at least one of processor and one of local system memory respectively, transaction buffer connected to the interconnecting network, for storing a communication transaction transmitted in the interconnecting network, wherein the communication transaction is started in a processing node with the exception of the third processing node and it's destination is a processing node with the exception of the third processing node, and buffer control logic connected to the interconnecting network for controlling the communication transaction processed by the transaction buffer.
