PURPOSE: A transmission case provides the driving line constituent of a vehicle having one way or an overrunning clutch arranged to be mechanically paralleled with a centrifugal clutch proportional to speed. CONSTITUTION: The torque distributor for a vehicle contains:a first driving member(52) providing a torque to a first driving line(20) and reconstructed to accept a torque; a second driving member(120) reconstructed to provide a torque to a second driving line(30); an overrunning clutch(80) arranged between the first driving member(52) and the second driving member(120) to possibly work; and a centrifugal clutch(150) arranged between the first driving member(52) and the second driving member(120) to possibly work.
