METHOD FOR DRIVING A LIQUID CRYSTAL DEVICE

PURPOSE: A liquid crystal device driving method is provided to reduce signal distortion owing to a noise by lowering a frequency of a common voltage signal controlling a frequency of a polarity signal applied from a controller integrated circuit. CONSTITUTION: The method for driving a liquid crystal device comprises the steps of: increasing a period of a polarity signal(POL) in direct proportion to one horizontal scanning time; generating a common voltage signal(Vcom) corresponding to the period of the polarity signal(POL) thus increased; driving scan lines in the fashion of a line-in version, wherein a part of the scan lines are inverted.
