PURPOSE: A signal transmission system accurately performs a signal transmission at a high-speed, and performs a signal transmission without a waveform distortion and interference between codes. CONSTITUTION: A driving circuit for a signal transmission includes an output driver(1), a front driver(4) for driving the output driver, and a level regulator(5) for regulating an output level of the front driver. The output driver is responsive to an output level of the front driver, and generates a having a variable specific level signal. The output driver has a push-pull structure being drain-grounded. The push-pull structure uses p-channel and n-channel MOS transistors. Thereby, the circuit accurately performs a transmitting/receiving operation without waveform distortion and a line interference.
