PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer which, even when used to form e.g. a disposable body warmer having a warming action and is adhered to clothing made of a polyester fabric, can be peeled from the clothing without leaving any adhesive thereon and to provide a pressure-sensitive sheet having the same. SOLUTION: There are provided a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 1 containing a styrene block copolymer as the base polymer and giving an S-S curve in which the elongation is at most 3,000%, and the elongation between the maximum strength and the strength at break is at most 500%; a pressure- sensitive adhesive sheet having the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer and a sheet base; and a disposable body warmer composed of a bag made of a sheet base 2 and an air-permeable base 3 and containing a heating element 4 in its inside and pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 1 attached to the outside of the bag. Thus, it is possible to obtain e.g. a high-quality body warmer satisfactory in all of the stability and retentivity of holding by adhesion to e.g. clothing and the capability of being peeled from e.g. clothing without leaving any adhesive thereon.
