PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a temperature rise of a bearing part without affecting a pumping characteristic by providing a water storing part on a thinned part of a casing forming a channel for circulating water and communicating this water storing part with the channel via a water passage hole. SOLUTION: In a self-priming pump 1, a prime side impeller 5 provided with a magnet 4 by revolution of an electric motor 2 and a secondary side impeller 7 provided with a magnet 6 which is magnetically coupled with the magnet 4 are integrally revolved. The secondary side impeller 7 is stored within a resin casing 8 and water sucked from a suction port 9 by revolution the secondary side impeller 7 is boosted and discharged. In the casing 8, a channel 11 for circulating water is formed. On the one side, a water storing part storing water is successively provided. At this time, the water storing part is formed by utilizing a thinned part made at the time of casing molding. This water storing part and the channel 10 are communicated with each other via a water passage hole 14a and cooling of a bearing part 15 is effectively performed.
