PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently and securely fix interior finishing boards such as floor boards or wall boards on joists by optimally setting soundproof and vibration- froof effects. SOLUTION: Floor boards 4 wall boards 5 are laid on the inner peripheral face of a structure 1 through legs 2 and joists 3. In this case, recesses 9 are formed in the joists 3 at every specified distance and elastic materials 11 are fixed in the recesses 9. Further, protrusions 10 to be fitted to respective recesses 9 are formed on the floor boards 4 and the wall boards 5, and spherical front ends of the protrusions 10 are fitted in the spherical recessed holes formed in the elastic materials 11.
