PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To open the whole face of an external wall of a building to respond to diversified needs of users. SOLUTION: A constituting unit 10 for a house is provided with a movable external wall 22 which can be opened/closed by a hydraulic jack 30 actuated by depressing an opening/closing switch 32. In this way, the inside space 34 of the building can be formed to mutually communicate with the external space 36 of the building, and further, the opened movable external wall 22 serves as an eaves and the external fittings 24 made of sashes serve as a top light. Accordingly, the unit can respond to users' needs intending outdoor life.
