PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain the positional relation in the radial direction of a tool against a main spindle by fastening a portion continued to the root section of an insertion member made smaller in diameter by the formation of a notch section to flex it to the inner peripheral side with the inner peripheral section of a ring, and recovering it when the ring is expanded to the outer periphery at the time of high-speed rotation. SOLUTION: When the revolving speed of a main spindle 2 is increased, the diameter of the main spindle 2 is increased, then the compression of an insertion member 24 is released, and the insertion member 24 itself cannot be expanded toward the outer periphery. A ring 12 located at the same outer peripheral position as the main spindle 2 is also expanded by strong centrifugal force, the compression of the portion of a main body 6 (member in the range corresponding to a notch section 10b) continued to the insertion member 24 is released, and it is recovered to a large diameter with the root section of the notch section 10b serving as a fulcrum. The insertion member 24 is shifted to the outer periphery that much into a large diameter, and the integrality between the inner face of the main spindle 2 and the outer face of the insertion member 24 can be maintained.
