REFINEMENT OF RAW MATERIALS FOR CONFECTIONERY AND ITS APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for refining confectionery raw materials capable of obtaining the refined products having sufficient uniformity and apparatus. SOLUTION: This method refines the raw materials for confectionery 10 comprises pressing and drawing the raw material 10 between a series of cylinders 3 to 7 including a supplying cylinder. This method includes; the step measuring the distance 11 between supplying cylinders 3 and 4; the step obtaining the distance variation 51 by comparing the distance 11 with the standard distance d12; the step measuring the diffusing force 52 generated in the case that the raw materials pass through the supplying cylinder 3 and 4; the step determining the rating speed V1 of the first supplying cylinder 3 according to the distance variation 51 and the diffusing force 52; the step adjusting the rotation of the first supplying cylinder 3 depending on the rating speed V1; the step to feed-back the observed revolving speed 60 of the first supplying cylinder 3 to the adjustment.
