PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a corrugated web of one side is provided to jet the steam between a corrugated medium web and a liner web directly faced to the line accepted by the webs. CONSTITUTION: The device for forming the vertical corrugated medium web and the corrugated web of one side from a liner web is composed of:a vertical corrugated rotary connecting roll for carrying the vertical corrugated medium web; a feeder for an adhesive agent feeding the adhesive agent to the front edge of the vertical corrugation exposed on the vertical corrugated medium web carried on the connecting roll and forming a line of the adhesive agent which is not hardened on the front edge of the corrugation; and a liner roll for introducing the liner roll to the vertical corrugated medium web on the connecting roll.
