PIEZO-ELECTRIC SOUND PART

PURPOSE: The piezoelectric sound part is provided to improve a sound converting efficiency by using a bimorph-type rectangle vibration plate. CONSTITUTION: The piezoelectric sound part includes a vibration plate, a mounting circuit and a cover. A vibration plate includes a rectangle piezoelectric plate and a rectangle metal plate stick to the back of the piezoelectric plate. The metal plate is fixed and connected with a first circuit electrode arranged on the mounting substrate. The electrode arranged on the front of the piezoelectric plate is connected with a second circuit electrode through a conducting wire. Gap between both edges in the mounting plate and the vibration plate is filled with a silicon rubber to form a sound space. A cover having exit hole is fixed with the mounting plate to cover the vibration plate.
