PURPOSE: A three electrodes surface discharge plasma display panel is provided to reduce discharge interference between cells and solve white balance instability. CONSTITUTION: The three electrodes surface discharge plasma display panel comprises: a front and rear glass substrates(110,120) arranged in parallel; plural separate walls(130a,130b) formed in prescribed gaps between the substrates and forming plural discharge spaces; plural scan and sustaining electrode lines(Yi) formed to cross to the separate walls on the opposing surface of the front substrate against the rear substrate; plural address electrode lines(R1¯B853) formed to be parallel to the separate walls on the rear substrate between the separate walls and generating address discharge together the scan and sustaining electrode lines; plural common sustaining electrode lines(X1¯X2559) formed to be parallel to the separate walls on the rear substrate between the separate walls and generating surface sustaining discharge together the scan and sustaining electrode lines; and R, G, B cells formed on cross point of the scan and sustaining electrode lines and the address electrode lines.
