CIRCUIT FOR CORRECTING DIGITAL DUTY RATIO

PURPOSE: A circuit for correcting digital duty ratio is provided to reduce a duty correction time and to increase a duty correction range by simplifying the circuit. CONSTITUTION: The circuit for correcting digital duty ratio comprises: a duty corrector(10) for outputting the result of correcting a duty of clock; a duty ratio detector(30) for detecting duty ratio of a clock output from the duty corrector; and an up/down counter(20) for feeding back to the duty corrector by counting up or down according to the duty ratio of the clock detected from the duty ratio detector. The duty corrector(10) consists of PMOS transistors or NMOS transistors parallel connected each other. The duty ratio detector(20) comprises a ring oscillator.
