PURPOSE: A differential amplification apparatus is provided to reduce an offset so that output distortion is prevented. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises a first bipolar transistor(Q1), a second bipolar transistor(Q2), a first current mirror(10), a second current mirror(12). The first bipolar transistor(Q1) inputs a first input voltage. The second bipolar transistor(Q2) inputs a second input voltage. The first current mirror(10) supplies a first current to each output of the first and second bipolar transistors(Q1, Q2). The second current mirror(12) supplies a second current to each output of the first and second bipolar transistors(Q1, Q2) according to a control signal from external. Here, the second current is inversely proportional to an output current of the first bipolar transistor(Q1). A differential output signal is generated by amplifying a differential input signal of a difference between the first and second input voltages.
