PURPOSE: A memory coding apparatus is provided, which has a PAL unit, i. e., a coding means to code an address bus between a CPU and a memory unit, or to code or decode a data bus between the memory unit and the CPU. CONSTITUTION: A memory coding apparatus comprises: a PAL unit (21) for assigning a plurality of address bus from a CPU (20) and then changing an arrangement of the address bus by the certain number to code; and a memory unit (22) for assigning a plurality of coded address bus and reassigning corresponding data to store. A memory coding apparatus comprises: a PAL unit (21) for receiving a plurality of assigned data bus from a CPU (20), changing an arrangement of the data bus by the certain number, and decoding the coded data bus to transmit the decoded data bus to the CPU (20); and a memory unit (22) for receiving a plurality of coded data bus and reassigning corresponding data to store. Therefore, since the information is impossible of decoding after completing assemble of system hardware, the maintenance of public security in the information is improved.
