PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate an unpleasant feeling of a driver by eliminating or reducing an actuating sound at vehicle stopping state time of a duty solenoid value for controlling oil pressure for actuating a transfer device. SOLUTION: A speed change position, a stopping state of a vehicle and an idle state of an engine are judged (S101 to S105). In a vehicle stopping and idle state when the speed change position is a traveling position, oil pressure of an operating fluid is controlled, a transfer clutch of a transfer device is actuated, the duty ratio of a duty signal to a duty solenoid valve for variably controlling a motive power distribution quantity between front/rear wheels is set by a preset value D1 (S107), and the duty ratio is increased or decreased more than ordinary time when at least one condition of a vehicle traveling and unidle state is realized in a state where the speed change position is the traveling position to eliminate or reduce an actuating sound by the duty solenoid valve.
