PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To push out a bubble smoothly along with ink by straightening the ink flow in a pressurizing chamber at the time of cleaning a head. SOLUTION: A polyimide resin film 30 is sandwiched between an ink jet pressuring chamber 13 and a nozzle plate 15. The film 30 is provided with a step 30A for decreasing the cross-sectional area of an ink channel stepwise in the direction from the pressuring chamber 13 toward the orifice 16 of a nozzle plate 15. A shim 20 partitions the pressuring chamber 13 and the film 30 while being sandwiched between. The shim 20 is provided with a hole 20A for forming an ink channel from the pressuring chamber 13 toward the orifice 16 at a position facing the step 30A of the film 30.
