PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a longitudinal joint part to secure airtightness by continuing a rolled metal-made lower plate and a folded board-like upper plate in respective longitudinal directions and arranging and fixing the upper plate along the frame material of a groove-shaped cross section corresponding to the cross section shape of the upper plate. SOLUTION: A rolled metal-made lower plate 1 and a rolled metal-made upper plate 2 are continued in a longitudinal direction by interposing a heat insulation material 3 to be laid on a frame material 4. The lower plate 1 is made flat except for rise pieces 1a, 1b for a hook joint provided on both ends, the upper plate 2 provides rise pieces 2a, 2b, is formed in the form of a folded board for serving a roof finishing material, and is arranged and fixed along the frame material 6 of a groove-shaped cross section corresponding to the cross section shape of the upper plate 2 fixed on a frame material 4. The lower plates 1, 1 and the upper plates 2, 2 adjacent to width directions are continued by hook joints by the rise pieces 1a, 1b, 2a, 2b, and respective joint positions are discontinuous in the vertical direction. The lower plate 1 and the upper plate 2 eliminate a joint part in the longitudinal direction, and airtightness can be secured.
