PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a separated water treating device by which light oil content and ion compounds can be highly and surely removed from heavy oil emulsion separated water. SOLUTION: In a device for treating separated water of heavy oil emulsion fuel wherein heavy oil emulsion separated water after light oil is separated, is treated in an oil adsorber 4 and a salt concentrator 7 to obtain water of high purity, in the case that the oil content concentration at the outlet of the oil adsorber 4 is a fixed value or more, the effluent is returned to the inlet through a circulating path to treat is again and in the case that the ion concentration at the outlet of the salt concentrator 7 is a fixed value or more, the effluent is returned to the inlet through a circulating path to treat it again.
