PURPOSE: Iron core device and method of fabricating the same is provided to improve magnetic performance, rigidity and mechanical strength. CONSTITUTION: The method of fabricating the iron core device comprises the steps of: arraying core parts continuously on plural plane to form plural first and second core members; joining edge portions of adjacent core part of the first and second core members; forming the core parts of the first and second core members to be rounding shape or ring structure; and rotating the core parts of the first and second core members respectively through the combination means.
