PURPOSE: A kid game TV mounts a locking device inducing an intelligence development game by using a watching-hearing desire of children. CONSTITUTION: A kid game TV includes a game program(55) storing a kid game program, a key input part having a button key which sets a game score and a locking through a protector person, and a game performing part having a manipulation key for performing the game program. A locking apparatus performs a game by using a game performing part, and determines whether a locking setting is released or not according to a protector setting score. Thereby, if the protector person sets a locking, a game programs displayed when the kid watches TV. Then, if the game score is beyond the predetermined score, the kid can watch TV, thereby enhancing an intelligence of kid. |
