PURPOSE: A populating method of a transmitting/receiving module for an optical link prevents an interference between a receiving circuit and a transmitting circuit, performs a communication of a high-speed and a high-quality with a high S/N ratio, and effectively emits the heat generated from IC to a peripheral atmosphere. CONSTITUTION: At least one pair of optic fibers(2) are mounted to a fiber mounting part(4). LED(5) and a light-receiving device(6) are positioned in direction of an optical shaft of the transmitting fiber and the receiving fiber mounted to the fiber mounting part(4). A first substrate(10) connected to a root part of the LED(5) and the light-receiving device(6) is integrated with the second substrate(12) and the third substrate(14) through a flexible substrate. The second substrate(12) faces the third substrate(14). The second substrate(12) and the third substrate(14) are bended at a right angle with the first substrate(10).
