PURPOSE: Olefin copolymer having excellent properties such as mechanical strength, heat resistance, transparency, chemical resistance, molding properties is in need. CONSTITUTION: In olefin copolymerization, catalysts such as a)methylosen compounds or titanium catalyst component containing magnesium, titanium, and halogen b)transition metal compounds of groups of 8-10 of Periodic Table of the Elements can be used to produce copolymer of high viscosity, isolated transit temperature and density non-crystal olefin copolymer and other known olefin copolymer having strength and impact resistance. Also provided is an excellent olefin copolymer composition having mechanical properties prepared from copolymer of high viscosity, isolated transit temperature and density crystal olefin copolymer and other known olefin copolymer.
