WATER-SOLUBLE BAG PACKAGING SYSTEM AND PACKAGING METHOD

PURPOSE: A bag packaging system is provided to prevent the chemical and physical reactions by composing bags of outer continuous water-soluble film and inner protection film layer. CONSTITUTION: The bag(16) comprises:a sheet(10) of multi-layer water-soluble film; and a high temperature rod heating and sealing part(20) placed along four edges of the bag. The water-soluble film suitable for the use as a first layer(12) of the multi-layer film(10) contains:polyvinyl alcohol; polyoxyethylene; cellulose derivatives; carrageenan; pectin; and mixture thereof. An interceptive layer(14) contains cellulose derivatives having high degree of substitution enough to prevent the solution at over 50°C of temperature such as:cellulose acetate lactate; cellulose lactate. The cool water soluble materials are methyl cellulose, and methyl hydroxy ethyl cellulose.
