PURPOSE: The present invention is about cosmetic composition containing polysaccharide and acrylic ternary polymer in beauty aqueous medium for processing keratin material. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition for processing keratin material consisted of polysaccharide, acrylic ternary polymer containing (a) 20 to 70 weight% of carboxylic acid with alpha, beta-monoethylene unsaturated group, (b) 20 to 80 weight% of non-surfactant monomer with monoethylene unsaturated group unlike the (a), (c) 0.5 to 60 weight% of nonionic urethane monomer reaction product of monohydric surfactant and monoisocyanate having monoethylene unsaturated group in aqueous beauty solvent.
