PURPOSE: A car lighting control device of a television for a car is provided to turn on the lighting and a television by detecting the luminescence of outer light and whether a car is running, to output the change of state by a message. CONSTITUTION: A car lighting control device is composed of:an circumferential luminescence measuring sensor(45) for measuring the luminosity of car outside; a car running state detecting device(70) for detecting the present running state of a car; an illumination device(60) for lighting the front, rear face of a car; a voice message storage device(50) for storing various voice message to inform the outer luminosity and the change of car running state to a driver; a control device for controlling the on/off of lighting of car and a television.
