PURPOSE: A shadow mask for color CRT(cathode-ray tube) is provided to improve color purity in corners of a screen. CONSTITUTION: The shadow mask for color CRT(cathode-ray tube) comprises: a shadow mask(101) having color select function of electron beams(104) and supported by a frame; and plural slots(102) formed on the shadow mask which electron beam passes through; wherein vertical pitch of the slots is defined to plural increasing function from the center of the shadow mask to the edge of the shadow mask.
