PURPOSE: A liquid crystal display for a thin film transistor is provided to improve a display quality by using a method for changing an arranging method for a TFT. CONSTITUTION: The liquid crystal display for a thin film transistor wherein a plurality of gate lines(1) parallel each other and a plurality of data lines(2) parallel each other are vertically arranged, and a thin film transistor(10, 10a,10b,10c,10d) is arranged in a cross point of the gate line and the data line in which a gate electrode, a channel layer(3) formed on the gate electrode and a source electrode and a drain electrode formed with isolation on one side and the other side of the channel layer are formed, and in each pixel limited by the gate line and the data line a pixel electrode(6) is arranged to contact with the source electrode of the thin film transistor comprises: the thin film transistor having the source electrode(4,4a,4b,4c,4d) and the drain electrode(5,5a,5b,5c,5d) arranged in opposite side to a adjacent pixel row out of a large number of pixel rows.
