PURPOSE: An excavator remote system having a safety device is provided to operate and diagnose the system having a communication error or a wrong operation. CONSTITUTION: An excavator remote system having a safety device is comprised of; display device to display a diagnostic status; operation device to deal with a communication error; and safety device to deal with wrong operation of a receiver or an emergency. The calamity caused by wrong operation of the receiver is prevented.
