PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the joint structure of a wall-panel upper section, in which joining on a field is facilitated and mandays are not required and which has the high reliability of joining, and a unit building. SOLUTION: A bolt 4 for connection is projected from the wall-panel upper section, and a connecting space is formed under a beam 3 in an upper section corresponding to the bolt 4 and spacers 31 are fixed on both sides of the connecting space. A connecting plate 6 with a bolt inserting hole is fixed extending over the spacers 31, and the bolt 4 is inserted into the bolt inserting hole of the connecting plate 6 and fastened in the connecting space by a nut 42.
