PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a guiding material for drain in a crossing of an external wall joint to make it possible to securely and easily cut off water and drain to the outside of the wall, in a relatively compact structure. SOLUTION: A drain guide member DG in a crossing CJ of an external wall joint is provided with a seal plate intercepting the vertical joint, a drainage piece constituted of a basal part opened to the outside of the vertical joint on the seal plate and formed to be a U-shape in plan view and a hollow seal part, and a partition member arranged at both side faces of the drainage piece adjoining to respective ends of first and second lateral joint gaskets LG1, LG2, fitted to lateral joints. In this way, the drain guide member DG does neither require excessive vertical and lateral frame members nor reduce the indoor space, and it enables guide of drain to the opening side of the vertical joint or the outside of the wall while securely cutting off rainwater flowing along the lateral joint gaskets LG1, LG2 and the vertical joint gaskets VG1, VG2, in the three directions, by the drainage piece, the partition member, and the seal plate.
