摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure the reference plane of a building unit without reducing the rigidity of a connecting end by using an outer diaphragm worked so as to have a precise cross angle in the connecting surface with a crossing beam and also having a column insert hole. SOLUTION: An outer diaphragm 14 is formed of a polyhedron having pluralities of flat surfaces 21 and a column insert hole 22 provided in the center thereof. Of the flat surfaces 21, two flat surfaces 21 for connecting two mutually crossing beams 12 is set to right angles, two other flat surfaces 21 are crossed at right angles to each other as the building reference plane for providing an outer wall mounting member, and each surface is precisely worked. The flat surfaces 21 of upper and lower outer diaphragms 14A, 14B are welded to the upper and lower flanges 12A, 12B of four C-steel floor beams 12 to form a rectangular floor beam frame, and a circular steel pipe column 11 is inserted to the column insert hole 22 and fillet welded in a prescribed height. According to this, in a building unit constituting a unit building, the reference plane of the building can be ensured without leading to the bending of the column or the reduction in rigidity and yield strength of the connecting end.
