PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily set a deck material in a prescribed position only by removing an upper wall, placing the deck material in horizontal state, and sliding it by attachably and detachably connecting the upper wall of at least one end gutter of lateral end gutters of a balcony. SOLUTION: An end plate 2 is mounted on the inside surface of a cast panel 17 on both lateral side of a balcony, an end gutter 2b is formed by the follow part, and an upper wall 2d separated from the end plate body is attachably and detachably connected to at least one upper opening 2a by a screw 23. When the upper walls 2d of the end plates 2 on both lateral sides were removed, the first deck material 14A is horizontally lowered and placed on the inside wall 2c of the end plate 2, and when only one upper wall 2d was removed, the deck plate 14A placed on a joist 12 is moved to the other end gutter 2b side, and both the end parts are screwed to the joist 12 in opposition to the inside wall 2c of the end plate 2. The deck material 14A is slid on the building outer wall surface side as occasion demands, the second deck material 14B is set and fixed in the same manner, and the upper wall 2d is finally fixed to the end plate body. This work is repeated to set deck materials 14.
