SOLUTION: During reinforcing the pipe connection 5 of an existing drain pipe 3 to a drain tank 2, a secondary coverage structure 3b at the pipe connection 5 is removed from the side of a drain space 2c. One or more flexible segment ring 6a is installed on the inner periphery side of a pipe mainbody 3a, where the secondary coverage structure 3b is removed, in the form of arranging the flexible segment ring 6a in the direction of placing a pipe.
