PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double shaft rotating device by one operating shaft capable of automatically rotating double shafts based on a proper operating order without considering the operating order and only if a rotating direction of the one operating shaft is specified. SOLUTION: By rotating one operating shaft 40 in a valve opening direction R1 and rotating an auxiliary shaft side worm gear 32 and a shaft 14 by rotation of an auxiliary shaft side worm shaft 34 and a worm 35, an auxiliary valve element 3 is opened. By revolving a pin 39 provided on a female screw block 37 advancing along the operating shaft 40 by making the pin 39 interfere with a slit 42 of a main shaft side revolving arm 31, a main valve element 2 is opened. By rotating the operating shaft 40 in a valve closing direction and revolving the pin 39 in an opposite direction by making the pin 39 interfere with the slit 42 of the main shaft side revolving arm 31, the main valve element 2 is closed. Next, the auxiliary shaft side worm gear 32 and the shaft 14 are reversely rotated by reverse rotation of the auxiliary shaft side worm shaft 34 and the worm 35, and the auxiliary valve element 3 is closed.
