One of the bristle clusters is fixed on a specific location of the cap so that no other cluster is far from the handle. One cluster of bristles is inclined at a 81 degree or smaller angle against the imaginary line, which is the tangent of the cap plane, to which this cluster of bristles is fixed or lies on that plane. One cluster of bristles is inclined in a direction in which the cap extends from the holder.
