PURPOSE: Membranous temperature fuse and its manufacturing method is provided to mollify the limitations of the conventional temperature fuse that has possibility to be deformed into smaller regional outline because of surface tension applied on circular board and to have little separating ability. CONSTITUTION: The membranous temperature fuse and its manufacturing method comprises film based on resin, front element of lead conductive materials that has a pair of belt shape and adhered on the film, available alloy piece melting at low temperature connected between the front of the belt-shaped lead conductive materials, flux spread on the available ally piece melting at low temperature, resin cover film located the resin based film, and the clearance between the resin based film, and resin cover film. |
