PURPOSE: A front substrate of plasma display panel is provided to reduce costs due to removing an expensive electromagnetic wave block filter and simplify process due to removing a black matrix formation process. CONSTITUTION: The front substrate of plasma display panel comprises: plural discharge sustaining electrodes(22) on one side; dielectric films(23) and protective films(25) sequentially applied on one side to coat the discharge sustaining electrodes; and electromagnetic matrix shape conductive wave block films(24) formed on the other side.
