PURPOSE: A device is provided to organize a processing of a protocol and a signal in a network system. CONSTITUTION: The protocol and signal process organizing device is used in a telephone network system(150). The network system(150) comprises at least one input interface(101, 102, 103). In the network system(150), at least one signal application handler(113) and at least one protocol processor(104, 105) are provided. The at least one signal application handler(113) receives protocol information from the input interface(101, 102, 103), scans the protocol information, and determines from the protocol information whether a protocol processor processes the protocol information. The at least one signal application handler(113) transmits the protocol information to the protocol processor. The at least one protocol processor(104, 105) processes the protocol processor from the signal application handler.
